About the Position
We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive our brand’s growth across the European market. In this key role, you will collaborate with global and regional teams to develop and execute strategic licensing initiatives, expand partnerships, and deliver sustainable revenue growth. This remote position requires a highly motivated individual based in the EU, capable of working effectively across diverse teams and time zones to achieve ambitious business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term licensing strategies tailored to the EU market, integrating market trends, consumer insights, and brand objectives in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Operational Excellence: Lead annual operating plans and quarterly forecasts, setting measurable objectives for licensees to align with broader business goals.
- Partnership Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with key licensees, distributors, and retailers, ensuring optimal brand representation and revenue generation.
- Contract Negotiation: Drive negotiations with partners, ensuring favorable terms that align with company policies and legal standards.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development and marketing teams to support licensee initiatives and align licensing efforts with larger company campaigns.
- Market Insights: Provide regular updates on market trends, strategy progress, and franchise performance to internal stakeholders.
- Local Market Advocacy: Leverage cultural and business nuances within the EU region to support local market needs and share best practices across the organization.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to licensing agreements, including sustainability initiatives and legal requirements.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in licensing, sales, or business development within consumer products, gaming, or entertainment industries.
- Deep understanding of the EU market, including cultural and business dynamics.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a successful track record of managing high-value partnerships.
- Strong financial acumen, including data analysis, target setting, and strategy implementation.
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends, social media, and consumer behavior in the entertainment space.
- Expertise with Google G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or related tools.
Preferred Skills
・Proficiency in additional European language are an asset.
