ăGlobal Investment Banking and Global Capital Marketsă
The Global Investment Banking group serves the complex needs of a wide range of clients across sectors and regions. By developing long-term, trusted relationships with clients, the Global Investment Banking team offers innovative solutions as clients consider strategic and transformational transactions. Within a focused industry or product group, summer analysts help orchestrate capital raising and strategic advisory transactions.
The Global Capital Markets team helps companies and institutions access the debt and equity markets to raise capital to fund their business needs. The team specializes in advisory services as well as structuring and executing financing through a broad range of sophisticated equity and debt solutions.
ăGlobal Corporate Bankingă
The Global Corporate Banking division serves a diverse corporate client base. We have a significant presence in the Americas, Europe, Emerging Markets (ex-Asia) and Asia Pacific, serving clients in virtually all countries. We provide our clients with a range of services fundamental to their business, including strategic and financing advice, restructuring and risk management solutions, as well as capital raisings from both the public markets and private sources. We serve our clients through teams of professionals that bring together the full capabilities of the bank to satisfy one goal: helping our clients succeed.
ăGlobal Marketsă
Global Markets provides banking products and services through Bank of America and trading and other broker-dealer products and services, including research through BofA Securities. Our institutional clients are across fixed-income credit, commodity and equity businesses. Global Markets product coverage includes securities and derivative products in both the primary and secondary markets. We also work with our commercial and corporate clients to provide risk management products using interest rate, equity, credit and commodity derivatives, fixed-income and mortgage-related products.
ăGlobal Researchă
Global Equity Research provides institutional and retail clients with in-depth research analysis on more than 20 industries and conducts fundamental analysis on more than 3,000 companies in 50 countries.
ăEnterprise Credită
Enterprise Credit is a front office function that works closely with origination functions such as Corporate Banking, Capital Markets, and Global Payments Solutions both domestically and globally to devise and deliver solutions to customers. Enterprise Credit is specifically responsible for the credit analysis, credit paper preparation and execution of multiple-ranged financial transactions as well as the subsequent monitoring and management of portfolio quality and exposures.

The Summer program is a 10-week program designed to provide Summer Analysts with a unique opportunity to gain an exposure to life at Bank of America and also make significant contributions to the team. The Summer program begins with an orientation and induction to the firm. Summer Analysts are given a true associate experience, as assignments mirror full-time responsibility and include goal-setting and a formal review process. ⢠Access to the bankâs learning hub containing a variety of learning resources, ranging from banking fundamentals to communication skills ⢠Structured and on-the-job training ⢠Networking and social opportunities ⢠Speaker series with senior management across all lines of business ⢠Corporate Social Responsibility project/learning ⢠Involvement in Diversity and Inclusion training/events ⢠Consideration for full-time employment upon graduation
