The DoorDash (Wolt) Graduate Rotational Scheme is a unique 2-year program based in Japan, designed to provide recent graduates with comprehensive exposure to our business operations and building our next generation of leaders! This program is specifically tailored for graduating students, fluent in English & Japanese, who are eager to start their careers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment in Japan. After the 2 years program, based on your interests & performance, you will be able to choose your permanent path moving forward with the team! During the first year, graduate hires will go through intensive training for 1 month, learning about all sides of the business. For the rest of the first year, the focus will be on sales: gaining in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience, helping restaurants grow their business by joining our marketplace & reaching new users. In the second year, participants will rotate through another 2 business units: either strategy & operations, merchant operations, enterprise partnerships or account management; achieving an even broader understanding of our business and the skills needed to excel in various roles within the Japanese market.

Work Hours & Weekly Schedule
Flexible working hours; Mon-Friday 9am - 6pm with 1 hour lunch break.

Salary
During the first year (in sales): 4.400.000 JPY + Commission Plan (On Target Earnings - 1.32M Extra per year). During the second year: 5.000.000 JPY + RSUs.

Holidays & Vacation
- Days off per week: 2 (Saturday & Sunday) - Holidays & Vacation: All national holidays observed in Japan + 20 vacation days. Vacation days increasing 1 per year up to 25 total after 5 years.
