Mujin is seeking a talented IT System Administrator to join the Mujin Infrastructure team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our transition toward a DevOps-focused approach to managing, deploying, and maintaining our infrastructure. Our team is culturally diverse with English as the primary language, offering you the chance to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds. In this role, your main duties include maintaining, scaling, securing, designing, deploying, and managing the lifecycle of Mujin's internal and cloud-based services, ensuring reliability and efficiency across our systems.

Responsibilities
  • Design, architect, and deploy services for both internal and external (cloud) use at Mujin
  • Manage the lifecycle of existing and active services, including patching, security tracking, auditing, and scaling up/down
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all active services
  • Address and resolve system administration tickets in a timely manner
  • Conduct audits and strengthen Mujin's infrastructure
  • Use automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
  • Implement a defense-in-depth strategy to secure Mujin's services from potential threats
  • Create documentation and procedures related to the services provided by the Infrastructure team
  • Provide technical solutions and fixes to problems through consultations with staff


  • Required Skills
  • Business-level English
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn new things
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience in Linux System Administration
  • Experience in Security, including hardening and Compliance auditing of IT systems.
  • Knowledge of Windows Administration, including Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, and Patch Management
  • Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms, such as configuring hypervisors, virtual networking, and storage connections
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging systems and their implementation and maintenance
  • Basic understanding of database administration
  • Ability to work with customers (internal or external) in a consultative manner, translating business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong conceptual understanding of DNS and networking.
  • Good understanding of PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) management, including certificate lifecycle, encryption, and authentication principles.
