We are currently seeking a Logistics Consultant to play a key role in expanding into the Korean market.  
In this position, you will work closely with local partner companies to address logistics challenges by leveraging the Rapyuta ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System). This is a critical role that will directly contribute to our growth in the region. 

Key Responsibilities

Support for Product Launch

• Collaborate with local partner companies in the Korean market to support the launch of products that comply with local laws and regulations.

Solution Proposal

• Logistics Analysis: Analyze logistics workflows, operational efficiency, and space utilization for prospective clients. Identify challenges and develop improvement strategies in collaboration with local partners (including on-site visits to client warehouses).

• Solution Design: Design optimal storage systems and workflows tailored to client requirements by leveraging the features of Rapyuta ASRS. Utilize simulations to visualize proposed solutions when necessary.

• ROI Modeling: Quantify the impact of system implementation, demonstrating cost reduction and productivity gains. Prepare materials to support the client’s investment decision and present them jointly with local partners.

• Detailed Requirement Definition (Post-Sales): After receiving a project order, coordinate with local partners and internal consulting teams to finalize detailed requirements, ensuring a smooth handover to the Project Management and Operations teams.

Market Analysis & Product Improvement

• Industry Research: Investigate logistics industry trends and competitor activities in the Korean market to identify emerging challenges and needs.

• Feedback Utilization: Collect and analyze customer feedback and operational data from Korean clients and share improvement proposals with internal product teams.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in the logistics industry or in consulting roles
• Business-level or higher proficiency in Korean
• Strong communication skills in either Japanese or English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in robotics or warehouse automation-related companies
• Experience in WMS (Warehouse Management System) development, design, requirement definition, or implementation
• Strong market research and strategic analysis skills
