TEAM
The CorpSec Program Management Office (PMO) Team is responsible for successful management of projects and programs supporting CorpSec, CyberSecurity and Woven by Toyota (WbT)’s security requirements across WbT’s infrastructure, platforms, cloud services, and enterprise services.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an Security Technical Program Manager (TPM) to expand our team capacity to tackle the complexity of our growing Cybersecurity program portfolio and maintain the highest standard of execution rigor within the security organization. You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of key programs contributing to the overall Woven by Toyota’s security posture, in close collaboration with Cybersecurity, product, and technology leadership.

You excel at establishing and leveraging partnerships with engineering managers and technical leads to develop a strategy and roadmap supporting CorpSec’s goals. In addition, you are comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving security and engineering teams by establishing structure and frameworks. You will also drive the day-to-day execution of program plans while resolving dependencies and managing risks.



RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with engineering managers and technical leads in developing a strategy and roadmap supporting CorpSec’s fiscal year goals and strategic objectives.
  • Define, manage, and support new and existing projects, programs and processes related to CorpSec’s technology and security scope, including risk identification, management, and mitigation; security baselining and controls development; and security-related engineering and integration support.
  • Develop, manage, and support new and existing projects and programs related to CorpSec and CyberSecurity business and operations, including work intake, capacity, and roadmap management; stakeholder communications and engagement; metrics development, tracking and reporting; budget and Inter Services Agreement (ISA) definition and support; and CorpSec governance.
  • Drive day-to-day high-velocity execution of program plans while resolving cross-functional dependencies and blockers, managing risks, and enabling timely and collaborative decision making across all functional areas.
  • Contribute to the Technical Program Management practice in collaboration with other TPMs to evolve the TPM toolkit, adjust processes to the needs of the organization, mentor and help grow other TPMs.


  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in program management on technical, cross-functional projects in at least one of the following fields: enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, and/or cybersecurity, risk and compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience driving technical programs in ambiguity, with limited direction across distributed teams and diverse business cultures.
  • Experience with establishing and evolving program operations and decision making structures adapting to team culture and operating constraints.
  • Experience supporting Agile (kanban, scrum, etc.), Waterfall, and Hybrid based engineering or software development teams.
  • Business-level English.



  • NICE TO HAVES
  • Ability to communicate in business level Japanese is a plus.
  • Security background with Infrastructure Services, Identity (Entra ID, Azure AD), and/or endpoint security (patching, vulnerability management, etc).
  • Experience leading/supporting cross functional security/engineering projects related to security compliance, threat analysis, and/or risk mitigation.
  • Experience managing requirements through Jira, Confluence, & Aha!.
  • CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or similar security certifications
  • PMP/PMI or other Project Management certifications.
