MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
・Currently pursuing an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree with an expected graduation through to the end of March 2027
※Must be in school until the end of internship program
・Must be available for a 3-month on-site internship in 2025
・Have no more than 24 months of professional full-time work experience in the technology field (excluding internships, research and/or teaching assistant roles, and military experience)
・Overseas Students (Based outside of Japan) who require visa support must meet one of the following requirements:
  ・The internship program is part of your education and essential for your graduation
  ・This internship allows you to receive some credit(s) for your education program
  ・Have Bachelor degree at the time of application

WORKING CONDITIONS
・Start Date: June 1, 2025, August 1, 2025
・Internship Duration: 3 months
・Expected work hours: 5 days (40 hours/week), depending on visa and class scheduling, some flexibility for shorter hours may be available
・Salary Type: Hourly wage
・Work Location: Nihombashi (Head office)
・Others:
  ・The program is expected to be onsite
  ・Overseas Students (Based outside of Japan): Air tickets, visa support, and temporary housing will be provided
  ・Local Students (Outside of Tokyo): Temporarily housing will be provided

TEAM
In the test engineering team, our mission is to accomplish automated driving technology by Test-driven Development. We design the process of integrated testing, build the efficient test environment, implement SILS/HILS/vehicle evaluation, create automatic analysis tools, and analyze issues to proceed the test-driven development.

テストエンジニアリングチームでは、テスト駆動開発(Test-driven Development)によって自動運転技術を実現することを使命としています。私たちは、統合テストのプロセスを設計し、効率的なテスト環境を構築し、SILS/HILS/車両評価を実施し、自動分析ツールを作成して、課題を分析することでテスト駆動開発を推進しています。

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for engineers who have professional testing skills, and are passionate about new challenges of integrated testing in automated driving technology. To develop the test environments and automatic analysis tools, the software coding skill is also necessary. We have a hybrid work style and our office is in Nihombashi, Tokyo.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Set up the test vehicle environment
  • Plan and execute integrated test process based on software and hardware knowledge
  • Develop the automatic analysis tools to solve the issues of autonomous driving system
  • Analyze issue data and manage priority, provide useful information to improve development speed and software quality
  • Report to the test engineering team lead

  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Software coding skills in Python, Javascript, C, or C++
  • Business level English and daily conversational level Japanese
  • Interest to learn more about modern technologies
  • High motivation for automotive technology

  • NICE TO HAVES
