Our responsibilities are establishing essential city infrastructures and equipment as well as designing and executing facility management and field security operations.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an experienced physical security operation manager to join our team and help us maintain a safe and secure environment on site in Woven City. The ideal candidate will have experience managing security operations for a large organization and facilities, as well as a strong understanding of security systems and procedures for responding to a variety of incidents. They will report to the Lead of Facility Operation.



RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle and Investigate security incidents, accidents, and suspicious activity, and prepare reports
  • Oversee security guards operation and manage security systems such as access control, CCTV and intrusion detectors
  • Conducting security audits for security systems, security guard operations and premises to identify potential risks or weaknesses and develop mitigation plans
  • Maintain security rules and environment as well as develop physical security procedures
  • Implement security awareness programs for parties concerned in Woven City
  • Plan and coordinate security for special events with large crowds or VIP
  • Liaise with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders
  • Emergency response 24/7 as needed


    • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4+ years of experience in physical security management
  • Experience with security measures in large commercial facilities and building complexes
  • Working knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation as well as access control, security zone, security equipment, misconduct investigation and interview
  • Data analysis and Cost control
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skill
  • Daily level English and business level Japanese proficiency
  • Daily Commute to Woven City
  • Driver license


    • NICE TO HAVES
  • Experience working in high-security environments, such as government facilities
  • PSP, PSC, CPP or other security certification
