The Human System Integration team is developing the human machine interface (HMI), which helps ensure that drivers can use advanced driver assistance systems safely and securely. As ADAS systems replace human cognition, judgment, and operation, we aim to promote mutual understanding between the car and humans so that the driver can understand the intentions and actions of the system, drive safely, and feel confident in the features and interface. HMI development has many driver features and directly contributes to the improvement of the car's product appeal, thus making a significant contribution to car manufacturing.

Human System Integrationチームは、高度運転支援システムをドライバに安全・安心にご使用頂くのに重要な役割を果たすHiman Machine Interface(以下、HMI)を開発しています。運転支援レベルが高まるに連れて認知・判断・操作の一部をシステムが代行する範囲が拡大しているため、クルマとヒトの相互理解を促し、HMIを通して安全・安心な移動の自由を提供することを目指しています。HMI開発はドライバ―との接点が非常に多くクルマの商品力向上に直結するため、クルマづくりに大きく貢献できます。

You will develop HMI control applications to cover advanced driver assistance systems. Our application depends on information from the vehicle control application and sensors, and also generates interactive notifications on the HUD and multimedia systems, you will need to establish cooperative relationships with other hardware and software engineers. We are involved in many projects from the planning and conceptualization phase to the development phase, and therefore we are looking for engineers who have experience communicating updates and resolutions to customers and other partners. You'll report to the manager in charge of HMI application development.

高度運転支援システムのHMI制御アプリケーションを開発して頂きます。本アプリケーションは、車両制御や認識アプリケーションから多くの情報を受け取り、HMI要求を生成してメータやヘッドアップディスプレイやマルチメディアシステムなどへインタラクディブな通知を出力するため、他のハードウェアやソフトウェア・エンジニアとの協力関係を構築することが不可欠です。さらに、企画・構想フェーズから製品開発フェーズまで幅広く携わるため、確かなコーディングスキル、ソフトウェア開発に関する幅広い知識、最適解を導き出す論理的思考力を持ち、周囲と円滑にコミュニケーションを取りながら、自立性を持って業務を最後までやり切り、チームを牽引できるエンジニアを求めています。また、HMIアプリケーション開発担当マネージャーの直属となります。
