TEAM
Our team, Digital Twin Platform, as one of the core Inventor Garage Solutions teams under the Woven City umbrella, is responsible for the realization of Woven City's vision: "Expand mobility. Enhance humanity. Engage society" by developing a robust software platform, on one hand to enable inventors and business owners to “test” their products in a virtual environment before deploying to the physical Woven City; on the other hand, to create analytics to assist in decision-making based on both simulated results and more importantly operational data collected from the physical city, such as residents daily life, traffic dynamics, energy consumption, etc.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re seeking a dynamic, intellectually curious professional who’s excited to explore emerging technologies and translate them into real-world opportunities. This role calls for someone who’s equally comfortable diving deep into data and strategy as they are rallying teams around a big idea. You’ll help us identify new market frontiers, synthesize complex insights, and co-create next-generation solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Translate business objectives into technical requirements and system specifications that support Woven City’s strategic goals.
  • Support developing and maintaining strategic plans and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement streamlined workflows.
  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives to validate and refine new technologies and solutions.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and other collaborative sessions to gather input, build consensus, and align stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress on strategic initiatives, track key performance indicators, and prepare reports with recommendations for course correction as needed.
  • Contribute to the establishment and refinement of best practices, tools, and methodologies related to business analysis and strategic planning.


    • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and effectively drive cross-functional stakeholder discussions, resulting in measurable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Over 5 years experience developing planning, requirements, and project documentation and facilitating discussions with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office), as well as business intelligence, analytical, and project management tools
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to engineering, business analysis, and strategic planning
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency and business-level English communication skills


    • NICE TO HAVES
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), or a related field
  • Industry experience in Digital Twin, Manufacturing and/or Logistics
  • Experience in project management and software development life cycle methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
  • Experience in data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization tools and techniques
  • Strong leadership with the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives
